1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "cd444" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated under the brand cd444, accessible at https://cd444.onl and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "User", "You", or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the cd444 platform in any capacity.

• "Funds" refers to real-money balances held within a User's cd444 Account, whether deposited directly or credited as a result of winnings.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cd444. These terms are provided in English. In the event of any dispute arising from interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall be the authoritative version.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use cd444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You are not a current or former employee of cd444, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have not previously had an account closed by cd444 for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme maintained by cd444 or any recognised responsible gaming authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

cd444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending further investigation.

4. Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the cd444 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

cd444 will conduct KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Accepted identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a secondary proof of address. All submitted documents must be authentic; submission of forged or altered documentation is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cd444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify cd444 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Deposits & Payments

cd444 accepts deposits via the following payment methods approved for use by Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to someone other than the registered User — are not permitted.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, unusually large deposits may trigger additional compliance checks under cd444's anti-money laundering procedures.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account in real time under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to be reflected. cd444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, or bank processing times.

All transactions on cd444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cd444 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which cd444 bears no responsibility.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that match the source of the corresponding deposit. For example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must be processed back to the same bKash number. This policy exists to prevent financial fraud and money laundering.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed after the User has completed full KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and wager but may not withdraw funds.

Once approved, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad typically settle within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

cd444 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to five (5) business days where the transaction requires additional compliance review. Users will be notified if such a review is initiated. In cases of suspected fraud, cd444 may place an indefinite hold on funds while an investigation is conducted.

Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the Wagering Requirements associated with the relevant bonus. Attempting to withdraw before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

cd444 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail solely in respect of that promotion.

General rules applicable to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per device.
• The standard Wagering Requirement for welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different wagering multiples as stated in their individual terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Unused bonus balances expire after this period.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–15%, and sports bets 100% on selections with odds of 1.50 or above.
• cd444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, amend its terms, or cancel a promotion at any time where abuse, technical error, or fraud is suspected.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process following satisfaction of Wagering Requirements.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the cd444 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the platform:

• Bets are only accepted from registered, verified Users with sufficient funds in their Account at the time of placement.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User unless a Cash Out option is explicitly available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.

These rules govern outcomes in the event of weather interruptions, match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method application, and player withdrawal.
• Maximum winnings per single bet and per event are subject to limits published in the platform's betting rules documentation, which is updated periodically.

9. Casino Games

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other Users, platform employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not be achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any conduct related to the manipulation of sporting events.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.

• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory via a VPN, proxy, or any other method of IP address concealment.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cd444 support staff or other Users in any communication channel.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

cd444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Detection that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• A legal requirement, court order, or request from a regulatory authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or fraud, pending investigation.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the User, cd444 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. Where an Account is closed at cd444's discretion for reasons unrelated to User breach (for example, commercial reasons), any real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method after a compliance review.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting cd444 support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit cd444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the platform after the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised document. If you do not accept any amendment, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure via support.

Historical versions of the Terms & Conditions are retained by cd444 for internal records and may be provided upon request in the context of a genuine dispute.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the first instance, any dispute between you and cd444 should be submitted to cd444's customer support team via live chat so that an amicable resolution can be sought. cd444 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days (BST) and providing a substantive response within twenty (20) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through cd444's internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed mediation process before pursuing any other legal remedy.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
